Spaghetti Dinner Hosting Information

• Lisa McKendree, Spaghetti Dinner Coordinator, will call and remind all families  of their involvement date

• All participants, dates, and house maps are posted on web site (HTTP://www.bloomingdalebullssoccer.com

• Before each home match players meet at the host home around 4:30 PM

• Normally while waiting for food, the boys will watch a movie and snack on appetizers (sushi & fruit), until spaghetti dinner is ready to serve

• The boys will normally breeze through and be gone in about 90 minutes to two hours

• The hosting home should plan to do the following:

o  You MAY prepare a map, and send 30 or more copies home with the boys the day before the dinner (or you can refer people to the map on the web site)

o  The hosting home may ask the spaghetti noodle and sauce providers to come and help cook the noodles and heat the sauce if needed – but it is up to the host to coordinate such

o   Provide ICE for drinks

o   Have some video games and or videos out

o   Have LOADS of napkins ready!!

o   Provide cooking utensils and prepare noodles and sauce

o   Make sure the boys have a place to sit and eat
